Yeah. We got them.
All I can say is if you are looking for a wine that will pair with anything that you are serving, Joel Gott Wine is the answer. Maybe it is because it is said that Joel Gott has wine running through his veins. I believe it to be true. With his background it is understandable. He comes from a long line of winemakers . His grandfather and father are both in the business. The former a winemaker from the renowned Inglenook Wine, the latter is the founder of Motevina Wines. With that kind of legacy it is hard to prove yourself.
Well Joel Gott did it.
In 1993 he opened a retail goumet food and wine shop, The Palisaldes Market. After a time and seeing what was available to the wine enthusiast, he knew that he could could provide better quality wines at a more affordable cost point. Wines that did not compromise on taste.
Branching out on his own in 1996 , he bought a large quanity of Zinfandel grapes and with the help of his now wife Sarah, created Joel Gott Wines. He has a sixth-sense of finding the best grapes that each appelatian (like California, Oregon and Washington) has to offer and knows how to blend them. Plus he has a keen understanding of what is trending in the wine market.
2012 Zinfandel
His signature Zinfandel has a dark inky color with forward fruits of blueberries, black cherry & stewed plums with a touch of cinnamon pie spice on the finish. Try pairing with Dry Rub BBQ Ribs.
2013 Unoaked Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay Grapes from Monterey, Sonoma and Napa. Fermented in Stainless Steel Tanks, it is a bright clean wine wth notes of green apple and pineapple with hints of minerality. Pairs well with Grilled Chicken Topped with a Peach Mango Chutney.
